[New Fix] Make fairings eject sideways instead of forward

What will the fix solve? Please describe.
Currently, fairings eject forward, which often leads to them becoming jammed on the payload.

Describe the solution you'd like
I think that the fairing parts should be made to eject sideways, like structural tubes and engine plates' fairings do.

Attempted to fix this issue but couldn't find a satisfying answer for why this happens after debugging for a couple of hours, sorry. Maybe someone else can figure it out.
