Description
This is an absolutely ancient issue that has somehow never been reported on github anywhere as far as I could find, yet has been repeated countlessly in the KSP-RO server. When HDR and Bloom Intensity are on, the stacking of Principia's orbit lines cause them to shine like a neon light. Interestingly, the issue does not show up when HDR is on and Bloom Intensity is off, or when HDR is off but Bloom Intensity is on. The effect will get worse when more orbit lines stack on top of each other (see 5th image). This issue does not appear without Principia as patched conic lines do not stack on top of each other. (although, I imagine that if enough orbit lines were somehow stacked on top of each other the issue would show up, but I wasn't able to reproduce this)
Principia:
HDR on, Bloom Intensity Max (although easily visible at the default of 3)

HDR on, Bloom Intensity Max, Principia orbit lines max (increases with tolerance and steps)
