Terrain breaks with SigmaDimensions on KSPCF 1.40.0

What did you do before the bug occurred?

Just posted on the forums as well, but terrain completely breaks on my install with the new version of KSPCF. Absolutely everything identical except the new KSPCF version, all other mods up-to-date. Logs and GameData folder attached. I highly suspect this is due to the new PQS patch interacting badly with SigmaDimensions, given I normally play at 2.5x resize/rescale, but this is only a hunch.

What happened?

Terrain not loading in at all in rescaled systems.

All default, except resize = 2.5, rescale = 2.5, daylength = 2. Kronometer is also set to use home day, home year, and leap years in its settings.

With v1.40.1 the PQSOnlyStartOnce patch is disabled by default. I would like to eventually figure out how to fix this so we can turn it back on but have been unable to reproduce this. So until I can do that PQSOnlyStartOnce will stay disabled by default.
