Software cannot be built successfully in Windows

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. cmd cmake -G "Visual Studio 16 2019" -DCMAKE_TOOLCHAIN_FILE=D:\vcpkg\scripts\buildsystems\vcpkg.cmak create the Colmap.sln successfully in the \build folder
2. Open the Colmap.sln in Visual Studio 2019 , cmake -> ALL_BUILD -> build in Release *64
3. Error
   

Expected behavior
Dear @Kai-46 , Can you provide me with some suggestions on this so that I can build the software successfully?I will be extremely grateful if you can provide me with assistance.
