Generate third party notice files for all modules

As an user of GenHTTP, I expect the software to be conform with all legal licensing requirements.

Therefore, we should use DotnetThirdPartyNotices to automatically analyze our modules and generate the third party notices as needed. Those need to be included in the published nuget files then.
