All white

Short description of the issue

When I launch the settings, all I see is Save and Close text. Everything else is white. I'm expecting there to be some settings to configure such as the file path to game installs

When you open the settings skin is there any warning or error in Rainmeter Log? (Right click on Rainmeter tray icon -> About -> Log).

Are you using the code downloaded version for any reason? If not, I suggest you to use the last release or beta, which should solve your issue, cause I think it's an issue with folder places.
