How to enable the skin slide in/out animation?

## Short description of the issue
I have no idea how to enable the skin slide in and out animation. There isn't an option in settings. The Readme.md states it is possible, hence the question.


I'm on the latest Lauhdutin version, 3.1.0b4. I'm also on the latest Rainmeter version.
