Please use english here.

If you mean, you need tutorial to run it, then all instructions you can find in README but note that this project has just started and have very limited functionality.

If you mean, you need documentation, it's too early project phase to make detailed documentation, but..
Code it written simply (at least up to current commit - efde3d0) so you can easy learn how to get in game, which packets you need, for load client, move your character etc. but for now code is not really clean to take an example from it.
I belive that there are other projects to better learn from (LeagueSandbox, IntWars, HeroWars)

• Handlers directory - how program should respond to specific packet
• Packets directory - packet structures (S2C - server to client, C2S - client to server)
• Classes directory - game objects with methods how to interact with them
