pyuv is no longer maintained. Maybe uvloop or asyncio should be used to replace it?

Hi @Chise1,
we are aware that pyuv has been deprecated and it is not compatible with Python >3.11.

Removing this dependency would require first to understand if one of these alternatives can completely replace it.
