+
+By installing, accessing or using the Service (Katya AI REChain Mesh), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

+### 2. Description of the Service
+
+The Service provides a next-generation distributed intelligence and communication mesh which enables peer-to-peer communication, AI-powered modules, mesh networking, and integration with the REChain Network Solutions ecosystem. The Service may include software, interfaces, APIs, updates and other features.

+### 3. License & Usage Rights
+
+a) Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the Service for your personal or internal business use.
+b) You may not:
+
+* Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
+* Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Service except to the extent permitted by law.
+* Use the Service for unlawful commercial exploitation or in a way that imposes unreasonable load on the network.
