Rotations support

Hello! I really like pibt, but i have a requirement for agents to rotate with a certain speed. Is it possible to implement with minimal changes? I have tried and kinda failed. Also i wonder how well it would perform if agents are not perfectly synchronized and some agents move faster/finish tasks faster etc.

Regarding rotations, this paper might provide a good hint. For synchronisation, it might be worthwhile to check this and this.
