Offline TII maps? Cached?

I assume the software needs to be online to look up TII codes and display the sites on the map?
If so, would there be any chance of caching maps for the region (even if only at a zoomed out level) and a TII code list for offline use? A DX enthusiast might like to take a laptop to the local hills, or on holiday away from a phone providing a hot spot... and see what they can hear away from home... :)

Ther is actually cache for maps already in use so in theory you should see some map even without network connation provided that you have already loaded the map while you were online.

Does that include a list of the TII numbers and their locations?

List of TII codes is always offline that is why you need to download it from settings page to make the feature functional and to refresh it when new transmitters are added.
