🐛 Bug(tooltip): Tooltip rendering is often blocked by other components, should instead always on top #127
Description
Reproduction
- Start a new chat, make sure there are some messages from the AI and from the user displayed on screen;
- Hover over the clear chat messages button (should be active);
- The tooltip will display, but will also be blocked by the message bubbles;
- The correct behavior is that tooltip should always be on top, regardless of component hierarchy.
