Sublime Text syntax package

Hi again!

Assuming there's no problem in this case with my use of AI and the good work done in vim-nestedtext, I'm happy to share that a NestedText syntax package is now available to Sublime Text users via packagecontrol.

Kale's vim-nestedtext package is out of date. Could I get you to repeat the procedure starting with the newer version of vim-nestedtext?

The only file I used was syntax/nestedtext.vim, which I think hasn't changed across forks.
