An alternative to Animate #229

May I suggest adding a free software I've been working on as an alternative to Animate, which was heavily inspired by the Flash editor? It's more focused on the functionality of creating/exporting interactive content, not on animation (in it, that aspect is very basic; the focus is really on generating interaction).
