Add OBS streaming support #531
Description
The idea is to be able to stream the game hiding sensitive data such as coordinates, planet names, unit counts, etc
The feature is complex as one would have 2 tabs the displayed in obs and the free one, the player would play in the free one, and the moves there would sync to the obs visible tab
Pretty low priority
