Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

The table does not properly update the filter model with multiselect in 3.2.1 and 3.1.0. However, it works in 3.0.1.

I think it's trying to set a single value instead of an array and it turns into an empty array in line 537 of MRT_FilterTextField.tsx which is why it didn't show any options selected
