Add an option to pre-configure proxy networks in the app.

TOR may be blocked and because of this it will not be possible to use the app.

Need to add:

• bridge configuration
• change the TOR network to I2P, Loki, Freenet or something else by entering the proxy address
• completely disable proxy.
