Player Map Markers - Add player markers to Game Master (Unlimited Editor) Map, all factions

It would be great as a GM or Admin to be able to see all the Player Markers on the map while in GM/Unlimited Editor mode. For all factions. 

Only active when in the unlimited editor mode.  Map would be normal for the GM/Admin when using the map while in character.
