Unable to use CSR with OU field (as well as other fields that allow array of values)

Hello

I am trying to enroll a certificate using a CSR created by OpenSSL. But it failed with:

  "error_message": "Wrong number of ORGANIZATIONALUNIT fields in Subject DN."
}

The CSR is created by OpenSSL 1.1.1f 31 Mar 2020.

And the CSR looks like this using Golang debugger:

It was a REST request on this endpoint: v1/certificate/pkcs10enroll
EJBCA release 7.11, self-deployed
