It's a bug in the current container. Use the public web until EJBCA 8.0 is posted (hopefully this week).

I've d/l'ed the full version for Linux and yet to get that to work. Using the docker version just to make sure I was sane.

Java version 20? You should match your java version with what the application server, and EJBCA supports. Currently I recommend Java 11 LTS.
