Logging into adminweb using client certificates issued by a new CA

I'm encountering an issue with my certificates. My current CA certificate is nearing expiration, however, I can still log in using it for now. I've created a new CA, but my browser isn't recognizing the new certificate for authentication purposes.

Assuming this is the solution I need, how can I incorporate the corresponding command into my Docker Compose startup script?
