Send logs from Trident i4p HSM to Rsyslog Server

I have a Trident i4p HSM device, which I am looking for a way to post its logs to Rsyslog or any other centralized log storage solution. But I searched and couldn't find a way. On Trident, just type the command "log" then select 16 then select 2 and enter the IP of the log server but I still do not receive logs when I have configured rsyslogs. Can anyone with any documentation or experience please tell me how I can send logs?
