Can you provide the CLI command you use. And verify that the end entity and certificate profile "Available CAs" have a common set of CAs. |

The user ”ejbca” is the end entity used for authenticating the CLI. It is a CLI user and doesn’t have a CA. I do not recommend editing that, apart from either changing the password or simply removing it, assuming you have set up another CLI authentication end entity. |

ejbca endEntity is created for CLI without any CA but cannot be edited with the GUI
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Release 9.1.1 CE (same with 9.0.0)
