How can I change the Management CA Certificate Profile

I need to change the Certificate Profile of the Management CA, or any CA for that matter. Can anybody help with this as searching the internet provides no answers.

changecertprofile --caname <CA_NAME> --certprofile <CERTIFICATE_PROGILE_NAME> [OPTIONAL PARAMETERS
