update GTK theme installation instructions

Rose Pine GTK theme repo doesn't contain the RosePine-Main-BL directory since Fausto-Korpsvart/Rose-Pine-GTK-Theme@262eedd. Could you update the installation instructions?

I am guessing the correct theme on pling would be BL MB (MacOS Buttons) variant, and either Dark or Dark Moon version. Or should I use the old version?

I am still working and trying to update the configurations to newer versions, so some things may still change.
