Rocky Linux 9.4 version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found

Hi,

i try to install the binarys from the builds on Rocky Linux 9.4, looks like ktx tools needs Glib >= 3

error is

./bin/ktx: /lib64/libstdc++.so.6: version `GLIBCXX_3.4.30' not found (required by /home/vrland-staging/KTX-Software-4.3.2-Linux-x86_64/bin/../lib/libktx.so.4```

The binaries are built on Ubuntu 22.04 which must have GLIBCXX_3.4.30. Anything earlier than 22.04 is no longer supported. I can't recall the exact reasons now but the ktx tool uses C++17 which is undoubtedly a contributor.

How old is Rocky Linux 9.4?

Then how come it apparently has such an old version of glibcxx? Does that version support c++17?

What is the version of GNU libc required by the libktx.so.4 you built?

I do not understand ldd (GNU libc) 2.34 and libc.so.6 => /lib64/libc.so.6. Seems you must have libc version 6 which I would think satisfies the need for 3.4. Why did the first ldd only show version 2.34?

I do not know how to build libktx to be more flexible about the GNU libc version it uses. I'll be happy to accept a PR if you know how to fix it.
