vkcube --force_crash

vkcube has a --force_errors command line argument that allows to quickly check the validation layer is working.

For the crash diagnostic layer, we don't have an equivalent way to check everything is setup properly.

It could be convenient to add a --force_crash command line arguments for this purpose.
