Vkcube --validate does not survive minimization on Windows ARM

Minimize vkcbue window and it shows a message box with the following error (other errors follow, probably caused by the first one). When you close all message boxes you can't restore window again. I does not happen on Windows x64.

ERROR : VALIDATION - Message Id Number: 320081257 | Message Id Name: VUID-VkSwapchainCreateInfoKHR-imageExtent-01689
vkCreateSwapchainKHR(): pCreateInfo->imageExtent (width = 0, height = 0) is invalid.

The Vulkan spec states: imageExtent members width and height must both be non-zero (https://vulkan.lunarg.com/doc/view/1.4.321.0/windows/antora/spec/latest/chapters/VK_KHR_surface/wsi.html#VUID-VkSwapchainCreateInfoKHR-imageExtent-01689)
