Some borels wont register as submitted after filling them in

For example see Bachus Bingo Borrel by Sigma onthe 23rd of november.
It won´t save what the user fills in and if an admin fills it in it will remember it but won´t change the submitted status

Hey Mira,

I just tried out what you said with an account that has no permissions (other than viewing the borrel form of course) and it did save it. Do you have another example of when this occurred?
