Add a Panel to Display Current Credit Balance on KiloCode

It’d be awesome to have a panel that shows your current credit balance in KiloCode. Would make it easier to keep track without interrupting the flow.

It exists (if you mean inside VScode side panel for Kilo code). Just click the profile button at the top (little person).
