Reporting a few bugs

Not sure what's going on lately but the platform’s been acting off in a few ways:

• Slash commands randomly stop working or just do nothing. No error, no feedback, it just ignores the input.
• Performance tanks when editing bigger files. It lags hard, especially when the AI starts parsing or doing anything in the background.
• Sometimes the extension activates itself in VS Code even when I’m not using it. Just jumps in uninvited.
