Steps to get $100 credits.

Hello All,
I got an email with subject "Break free from AI subscriptions" for getting $100 credits.
I have linked my Github to Kilo code and added a payment method to my Kilo code profile. But I am not able to proceed further. I checked a previos discussion where the same topic was discussed and the OP displayed a screen snap where there is a form where the github username can be entered to get the vibe thursday credits. Can anybody please advise on this?
