feat: Pause Autocomplete

It would be nice to have a way to pause / unpause Autocomplete. Just a key bindable command would be enough. UI widgets could be later.

Sometimes AC is waaay to much noise and in VSCode I just want Intellisense for things after I hit . for API's I know well, but need a little handholding for method / property names.

You can click the Kilo complete in the toolbar to temporarily disable it, but a bindable command is also a good idea!
