KiloCode stops Cache Reads after Provider/Model Switch

Hi folks,

A few days back I was testing Gemini 2.5 pro (CLI) within the same conversation as Claude Code (Claude 4 Opus as primary). After switching back to Claude, I noticed that my session would run out very quickly - maybe less than 30-45 minutes of usage before I had to wait till the next session hours later. Cut off from both Opus & Sonnet. I'm on the Max 20x plan and it was never like this since signing up for it a month or so ago. I could go for hours and hours, never once getting cut off completely - only getting put on Sonnet.

Looking into some diagnostic tools, I'm noticing around the time that I was switching between providers Claude Code no longer appears to be reading from cache.

I'm going to restart VSCode and start a new conversation to see if that changes things, but was curious if anyone else has experienced similar.

Granted - word on the street is that Anthropic has been tightening up on MAX usage limits, but this seems pretty extreme.
