It's ridiculous this works at all, but it's a strong enough prompt that I'm seeing a lot of "one shots" (tasks where I just give a single prompt and the AI runs the whole the whole thing through).
I think the phrase "trust but verify" originated with Reagan or at least was popularized by him, in any event add the following to your orchestrator mode prompt and then start your tasks with the orchestrator mode.
NOTE: You probably don't need to be this flowery, depending on the model. I speak like this to my bots because I've noticed certain AI will respond to words like duty, honor & sacred, more strongly than they do to the dry language of every day conversations. In any event anything along the following lines will likely help you be more of a project planner / software development manager and less of a bot herder when running our favorite dev tool.
