【 Make Menu Clearer】MCP, Rule, Mode, are confusing. Three suggestions.

Core idea: Consolidate scattered functions into the Settings page for unified management, eliminating random placement.

1. Merge MCP and MCP Marketplace into Settings. When adding "User (Global) MCP" or "Project MCP", allow selection of sources: manual input or marketplace.

2. Move Rule Settings to Settings, split into "User Rules" and "Project Rules" with selectable types during addition.

3. Integrate Mode Configuration into Settings as the app’s core, with all configurations centered here:

   • Each mode has an auto-approval switch (defaults to global settings, customizable when toggled off).
   • Each mode lets users select available MCPs (defaults to all selected).
