Improvements for open tabs in vscode

Currently open tabs are also taken in as context in the conversation. I have two requests for @chrarnoldus if this could be implemented

1. Manual input to deselect a tab before sending a request in conversation
2. If the Orchestrator mode is working on large plan which involves like working in seperate independent modules then a wait time asking user to close the tab before proceeding (since closing the tab in vscode might be a challenge)
