Improve handling of stale chats

I had a chat that I wanted to resume and saw Kilo Code condensing context, so I wanted to check what it's doing and saw this:

It then continued with my message as if nothing had happened, and I wouldn't know it didn't have the previous conversation history if I didn't expand the Context Condensed entry.

IMO, the user should be notified about these. Maybe there should be a setting telling what to do— I'd like the chat to be stopped and being notified.
