Add setting to disable arrow up restoring previous message from history! It's annotying and I'm loosing my messages!

So I write a new message in a chat that has some previous messages. I then use up arrow to go up to the beginning of the new message. One press too much and whoops! Kilo inserts the previous message from the history— fantastic! The message I just typed in is gone!…
