Add entry Icon to the status bar

It is suggested to add a Kilo Code icon to the VS Code status bar, which users can click to open the interface directly. Currently, if a user moves Kilo Code from the Primary Sidebar to the Secondary Sidebar, there is no visual way to open it, and the only access is via the shortcut key. Adding a status bar shortcut would greatly improve accessibility, especially for users who don't remember or use the shortcut.
