Is it possible to add or modify the keyboard keys for sending commands?

On Mac and Windows, there are many errors when using the Enter key to send commands directly. Can we add an option to modify the key position of sending commands, such as replacing Enter with cmd + Enter?

I vote for a flexible config - press the keys, collect them, click a button to lock in. Have a Clear to start over.

This should be configurable, somewhere in "settings". Basically users can choose whether Enter sends commands, or Enter leads to line-break. If Enter only leads to line-break, then only the Send key will be used to send commands.
