Terminal output filtering, transformation, cleanup

Hi 2 all, small suggestions to Kilo Code:

• for terminal executions, it will be great to have the ability to set up/customize the terminal environment variables (disable colors, force CI mode, etc.)
• will be great to add some kind of transformation logic to the terminal output before pushing it to the LLM (remove escape color codes, cleanup, attach history of prev commands), this is also can be as a view-switch button for terminal output, with all those escape codes it is hard to read what was the actual terminal output
