Add a command or operator ($) to run CLI terminal commands as starter message for new task

For example we could type

$uv run testslide tests/my_test.py

And it would immediately fire up a new task running this terminal first. Then when it completes the agent can react or start debugging. This would save some tokens, as currently we need to enter the command as text and the agent will then execute it itself.
