Display referenced files at the top of message window (like pre-1.3 cursor)

As you can see I open up a message with a @ reference, but if I scroll down as I'm writing the prompt I may lose awareness of what I have already referenced in the prompt. Cursor always displayed it sticky at the top of each message or entry box, but they recently removed that in 1.3 ... I think they haven't removed it, it's actually the feature's soul that wanted to fundamentally boycott the Cursor ecosystem and transfer over into Kilo Code.

Let's add that with a preference option to choose which style the user prefers.
