Currently the global MCP settings are stored in the VS Code Application Support directory.
As suggested here (internal link) it would be nice to have an option to store the global config in your home directory, e.g. ~/.kilocode which is already used for rules and workflow configs as well. This keeps everything centralized, provides a real global MCP file that is shared between multiple editors using Kilo Code and gives the added benefit of being able to use version control for example.
