Favorite Models feature

I’d like to propose Favorite Models (starred models) as an enhancement to give users finer control over model selection in Kilo Code:

• Allow users to “star” specific models (e.g. openai/o3-mini, anthropic/sonnet-4)
• Starred models persist across sessions and appear at the top of the model-picker list
• This makes frequently used models more accessible without repeated scrolling
