Code Lens for Markdown TODO: Start Task

Task tracking based workflow is much useful for medium to large projects.
Instead of copying the tasks and manually asking to start the task, if a code lens show on each - [ ] todo item to Start Task it will be way more efficient. After completing the task, back to the markdown file and mark the task as complete.
In this way we can build a large project, we can track our progress and simplify our agentic workflow.
