"One-click allow all sub-tools" for MCP

Description:
Currently in Kilocode, when an MCP contains multiple sub-tools, I have to manually add or allow each one individually. This becomes very time-consuming when the MCP has many tools.

I suggest adding a "One-click allow all sub-tools" button or option, similar to what Cline provides, so that all sub-tools under an MCP can be batch authorized quickly.

Expected Behavior:

• In the MCP detail page, provide a button like "Allow all sub-tools"
• Clicking it will automatically add all sub-tools under that MCP to the allow list
• (Optional) Also provide a "Revoke all" function to remove permissions in bulk

Use Cases:

• When I install a new MCP and want to immediately use all its sub-tools without adding them one by one
• For frequently used MCPs, batch authorization saves a lot of configuration time
