🤖 Feature Request: Add support for Qwen-Code model

The Problem

Kilocode currently supports the Gemini CLI, which is great and provides a powerful tool for users. However, the landscape of Large Language Models (LLMs) is rapidly evolving. We see new and powerful open-source models emerging that are highly specialized, particularly in the domain of coding.

The Solution

I would like to propose adding support for the Qwen-Code model, a large-scale open-source language model specifically designed for code generation. Integrating Qwen-Code would provide Kilocode users with an additional, high-performance option for their coding tasks, complementing the existing Gemini support.

Why this is important

Including Qwen-Code would significantly enhance Kilocode's value proposition by offering users more choice and flexibility. It would empower the community to leverage a specialized, open-source model, broadening the project's appeal and utility. This would not only benefit individual users but also demonstrate Kilocode's commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in the AI and LLM space.
